WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS SUPERB!!!! The whole expertise was outstanding. I had nothing go wrong so I can honestly say there was no con from my experience. I just bought a Toyota Highlander from Milton Ruben Toyota of Augusta in Nov 2008 and I was pleased from the moment I arrived. The sales associate did not pressure me, they were much more than fair with the trade and they were incredibly reasonable with the price of the vehicle. I have never had such a pleasure dealing having a dealership. Obviously the vehicle sells itself, Toyota can be a very reliable vehicle, however it helps to have a pleasurable encounter when trying to buy it. (Ray was my salesman)
